More digitalisation: why?

Digitalisation – what’s in it for policyholders?
Of course, we want our customers to share in the benefits of digitalisation and artificial intelligence. But how, exactly? Two specific examples from practice:
- Sympany customers can now change their medical practice directly in the customer portal and mySympany app. The change is immediately imported into our database, after which new policies are automatically sent out. ➔ The benefit for our policyholders: greater flexibility and time savings.
- We process most invoices and receipts from our customers fully automatically – from scanning and evaluating them to sending out the benefit statement. ➔ The benefit for our policyholders: rapid reimbursements.
