Change personal details
You can change your contact details such as your address, telephone number or email address directly in mySympany. To change your name or other personal details, please refer to the information below under “Questions and answers”.
Questions and answers
- Log in to the customer portal or the mySympany app.
- Open the menu in the top right-hand corner and select “Profile & contact details”.
- By clicking on the pencil icon, you can now change your telephone number, your e-mail address and (in the main profile) your address.
We require official proof in order to change your name. The same applies to changes to the date of birth or gender.
Please notify us of the change, including proof, by E-Mail or post to Sympany, Peter Merian-Weg 4, 4002 Basel.

Have you lost your access to mySympany? You can find your customer number on your policy or your insurance card. You can reset your password here. In the meantime, you can notify us of a change to your contact details using the form.
