If you are insured under the family doctor model casamed family doctor or or the HMO model casamed hmo, your chosen medical practice is your first point of contact for health complaints. You can view your chosen practice on your policy or in mySympany. And of course you can also change your practice in mySympany.

The list of all medical practices recognised by Sympany can be found at the bottom of this page and in mySympany.
In the telmed/practice model (flexhelp24), you can choose from the medical practices of our partner Medgate.
- When you log into mySympany, you will find an overview of the most important information for each person on your policy. Click on the “Insurances” button for a person.
- You will now see the practice you have currently selected. To change it, click on the pencil symbol.
- You can then search for the name of the practice and/or your postcode. You can save the practice of your choice directly. Important: Please check in advance whether the chosen practice is currently accepting new patients.

Have you lost your access to mySympany? You can find your customer number on your policy or your insurance card. You can reset your password here. In the meantime, you can switch your medical practice using the form.
