Border commuters who are already insured in Switzerland in accordance with the Federal Law on Sickness Insurance (KVG) can switch to Sympany and thus benefit from lower premiums. You can switch on the following dates: 1 January and 1 July. Important: The statutory notice periods apply. The next notice dates are: 31 March 2025 and 28 November 2025.

- You will receive CHF 50 for every person you successfully recommend.¹
¹ Condition: Only applies to new Sympany policies. CHF 50 for every successful referral of cross-border commuters resident abroad and for taking out euroline cross-border commuter insurance. Sympany pays out the reward as soon as the first premium payment has been received from the referred customers. Referrals of family members living in the same household and of existing Sympany policyholders are not eligible for the reward as part of the “euroline recommendation” campaign.
