We want to focus completely on our core services and dispense with gimmickry. The new look makes this commitment even clearer.

Our Customer Advisory Council helps us to do just this. Around 250 customers give us direct feedback on decisions that make our benefits and service better and improve customer satisfaction.

Surveys have shown that the Sympany brand isn’t very well known, and in order to be successful in the market, a certain level of brand awareness is essential. For this reason, we have decided to revise and to modernise our aesthetic. The new image is also the result of our sharpened positioning in the health insurance market: impressive service and benefits, without the gimmickry.
Yes, your card is still valid. You don’t need to do anything else. When your card expires, you’ll get a new one with the new design.
All the documents we send out frequently have already been updated. We’re currently updating all of our documents and correspondence with the new look. However, some documents may not be updated until a later date. This means you might receive documents with the new look and the previous one over the next few weeks. Both versions are valid. All documents will be completely updated in the coming months.
